Our Order Policy:
* It is our intent to give you prompt, courteous service. Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed within
the same or depending on the time the next day.
To build the home, you may order the six set plan package offered. Customize your order by using the available reverse or
extra set options. You may need to check with your lender, subdivision association, plan commission, and builder to determine
the number of plans they will require. Reproducible vellums and CAD files are available should you need or desire to work
with a local professional to make changes and updates.
Plan Pricing Additional sets Add $40.00 for each additional set of prints. Shipping Federal Express 2
Day $25.00 Federal Express Overnight $40.00 Plans may charged on your Mastercard, Visa, or American Express card.
Your order will be shipped the day after it is placed. All orders will require a street address.
CAD software
may not be compatible. Plans are drawn using Datacad software. Conversion to other software is available. Call for technical
support before ordering.
Specify foundation type. Not all foundations are available for all plans. However,
most plans come with Basement, Crawl and Slab foundations.
Reversed Sets: All of our construction sets are drawn to reflect the layout as rendered. Should you need or desire to build
the home in the reverse orientation, you may order some of the sets of plans reversed. The letters and dimensions will appear
backward. Right reading reverse sets are available on most plans for an extra charge.
* Next day service orders will be accepted until 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time. All plan purchases are final. No refunds
or exchanges.
We will allow orders for additional sets up to 60 days after the original purchase date. After that date, any re-order
will be considered a new order.

Our plans are designed using Datacad sofware. CAD files however
